WHY TEA?

Rooted in ancient Buddhist meditation practice, tea ceremony offers a gentle return to presence. For Sigrid, it has become a daily anchor—a sacred rhythm that continues to shape her life in quiet, powerful ways. Over time, her students began to feel the depth that unfolded when this practice was woven into energy work. What emerged was not just a ceremony, but a transmission.

In the space of tea, energy moves without force.
Transmission happens not through doing, but through being.
The leaves open, and so do we.

This practice is deeply connective.
It brings us back to the body, the breath, the Earth beneath our feet.
It is a bridge between yin and yang, sky and soil, spirit and form.
A return to the living moment, where all is already whole.

A tea ceremony is not only about tea.
It is a quiet dance of presence,
a sacred ritual where the simplest gestures become meditation.

In pouring, sitting, sipping,
we are invited to return to the now
and discover that the extraordinary lives within the ordinary.

There is no goal, no rush, no spiritual performance.
Only the subtle art of being,
where each movement becomes a silent prayer,
and the space itself becomes a vessel for remembrance.

It is also a powerful tool for integration—
both within and after the energy work.

Many of Sigrid’s students naturally continue the practice long after their sessions, welcoming Tea as a guide and companion on their path.

She is honoured to share this living tradition with you.

Lets meet together, in the eternal now.
