The training will take place in Kivik, a beautiful coastal village in the south of Sweden, nestled in the heart of Österlen — a region known for its natural beauty, apple orchards, and charming seaside atmosphere.

Sweden in summer is truly special. The days are long and light-filled, the air is fresh, and nature comes alive in its most vibrant expression.
We’ll be staying close to the beach, with peaceful walking paths through nearby forests, and surrounded by beautiful gardens that offer both tranquility and inspiration.
During our stay, you’ll be served healthy, nourishing vegan meals prepared with love — supporting your body, energy, and integration.
Rooms will be shared between 2 participants, creating a warm and supportive space to connect, rest, and deepen together.
My mission is to offer this oceanic field of grace—

where you can swim in frequencies of deep remembrance,
and access the truth that only you can carry.

002 TEA TRANSMISSION CEREMONIES
Cha Dao: The Way of Tea
Tea Ceremony / Transmission
Rooted in ancient Buddhist meditation, tea ceremony invites us into stillness and presence—
a space where energy transmits not through effort, but through being.
This will be our meditation practice—supporting pure presence and anchoring the energy work.
In the silence of pouring, sitting, and sipping, the ordinary becomes sacred.
The space becomes a vessel for truth.
No performance—only presence.
And the subtle awakening it brings.
003 INSPIRATIONAL MATERIALS & MENTORSHIP
Throughout the training, I will share insights and transmissions drawn from over eight years of deep immersion in this field. What I offer is not a set of instructions to follow, but living invitations—ways to deepen your relationship with energy, consciousness, and Source in a way that is true for you.
These teachings are born from direct experience, devotion, and ongoing refinement. They are here to support you in gaining a deeper understanding of yourself and of the subtle, powerful field we are entering together.
Each group is unique, and I meet every person exactly where they are. The experience will unfold organically, with the transmissions and teachings attuned to the energy of the moment and the real needs of those present. No two trainings are ever the same—what arises is guided not by structure, but by what is truly needed.

Held in a sacred and honest space, these circles allow you to speak, witness, and be witnessed.
Here, insight deepens, and you’ll find grounding through connection and shared experience.
005 SMALL GROUP FORMAT
This training is intentionally intimate.
Each person is supported personally and energetically, creating a container that allows for deep transformation, safety, and presence.
005 2 MONTH INTEGRATION JOURNEY FOLLOWING THE RETREAT
Surrender is not complete without integration. This time is for anchoring what you've opened—through presence, practice, and daily life.
You'll receive:
– 2 live Zoom calls with transmission and sharing
– A private WhatsApp group for support and connection
– Self-activation guidance and weekly reflections
– Ongoing access to our community group/calls after the 2 months
You can adapt the practices to your schedule, but a daily connection—whether 10 minutes or longer—is highly recommended. This is where the real transformation takes root.
This integration journey is optional, but essential for those who wish to continue into facilitator training.
